With great sadness we mourn the loss of those athletes , families and friends of those who lost their lives to senseless killing and destruction in Boston. These cowardly acts of hatred have no place in our civilized society and need to end. With Gods speed we hope and pray
There will be an end to these killings and those responsible are thwarted quickly.

For the 3 rd consecutive year Ian will represent O-Side Crossfit in the North East Men’s Reebok regional for a bid to the 2013 GAMES!!
This year more than in the past 2 trips, it was special, as he overcame 2 weeks of scores that were riddled by the FLU and crushed the last 3.

CONGRATS IAN WILL WILL BE THERE MAY 17-20 to support you in Canton, ma!!!
